United Way NEXT is excited to extend this invitation to all our members to join us in September for a gathering of UW friends and former colleagues. Connecting and reconnecting is what brings such value to our community, and we hope you will consider joining us.
New England in the fall, the Maine seacoast, lighthouses, lobster, and a downtown Portland rich in history, art, food, and breweries . . . have you always wanted to visit? Now is your chance! Consider joining hosts Meg Baxter, Diane Lebson, and Barbara Edmond, as we share the delights and treasures of our beloved Maine. Check out Portland, Maine by visiting: Visit Portland Maine. For alumni and current UW staff who want to participate in the gathering but cannot be in Portland for the entire duration, we are considering offering an abbreviated schedule. With this shorter schedule, you can arrive in time for dinner on Thursday, September 26 and spend Friday, September 27 on a bike tour of lighthouses or a hike, relax with a foot massage, and end the day socializing with your colleagues over beverages and appetizers. Answer "Yes" if you are interested in this abbreviated schedule. CLICK HERE to let us know if you are interested. No obligation – this just puts you in the mix for getting further planning surveys re: attractions and activities that may be of interest. More Info Soon! We look forward to seeing you in Portland, Maine. |
