United Way NEXT serves as the go-to resource for advice, strategy, connections, and interim leadership solutions. For former and current United Way leaders, United Way NEXT is a vibrant, wise, and welcoming network of peers, mentors and colleagues that provides ways to stay engaged and connected.

To harness the passion and experience of former and current United Way leaders. We accomplish this by leveraging member commitment to the betterment of United Way, their communities, and themselves through continued connection, service, and inspiration. United Way NEXT strives to be an inclusive, diverse network of leaders who share a profound sense of purpose and belonging.
